Double Stages Contest Proposal: Any promoters with own programs [20.10.-09.11.2020.]

Description

This contest has two parts:

STAGE 1. Develop and propose your own Free TON promotion program (hereinafter referred to as the Program) that meets the requirements of the contest, including the volume, timing and KPI.

STAGE 2. Implement your Program proposed in Stage 1 and show the results achieved in order to receive a reward.

You will need to provide the following submissions for different stages of the contest:

  1. A submission describing your Program that meets the requirements of the contest.
  2. A submissions for the execution of each step of your Program (optional).
  3. A submission for complete implementation of the Program.

Type

Double Stages Contest

Contest period

Stage 1

October 20, 2020 23:59 – November 9, 2020 23:59 (UTC time)

Stage 2

You will be able to provide these submissions in the future to any suitable Renewal Contest under Ambassador Subgovernance. Those Renewal Contests will be repeated regularly so that you can provide the required submissions for Stage 2 of this contest.

Motivation

Use your own skills and experience in any field to invite as many real people as possible and grow the Free TON community. Design and implement any of your own Program that will help achieve this.

Stage 1. Contest submission requirements

Strong requirements

Use a title of this submission like “Double Stages Contest: Your program title”.

Develop and provide the submission with your own Free TON promotion program that meets the following requirements:

  1. The goal of the Program is to invite new people to the Free TON community.
  2. The cost of implementing the program in Ton Crystals must be indicated.
  3. The period for the implementation of the Program should be indicated in the range from 1 day to 6 months.
  4. The Program can consist of one or more steps. There are limits on how many steps you can get rewarded (see Budget explanation).
  5. The Program’s KPIs should measure and quantify together (see KPI explanation).
  6. The Program must offer a publicly available way to validate invited people (see KPI explanation).
  7. Optionally, you can provide submissions containing interim step-by-step reports. This is only required if you need to receive a portion of the reward along the way (see Optional submissions: Step implementation report).
  8. You will need to provide a final submission containing a full report of program performance to receive the main reward (see Mandatory submission: Complete implementation report).

If the above requirements are not met, then your submission will be rejected.

Passing score

The right to implement the program will be awarded to submissions with an average voting score of 7.5 (including) or more after the Jury vote.

Budget explanation

If your program has one step

The reward will only be available AFTER the complete implementation of the Program, the results have been verified and the Jury has voted for your work in Stage 2.

If you claim a reward or part of it earlier, your submission will be rejected, OR you will receive a reward at the end to meet the conditions.

If your program has several steps

  1. You can claim no more than 30% of the reward until the Program is completed. The remaining 70% of the reward you will receive after the full implementation of the Program, verification of the results and voting by the Jury for your work in Stage 2.

  2. You can NOT claim a reward or part of it up front when no work has been done yet. You must complete at least one step of the Program to claim any reward.

If you exceed these requirements, your submission will be rejected, OR the actual road reward will be reduced to meet the conditions.

KPI explanation

Make sure you understand correctly what a KPI is:

First, a KPI is an indicator of performance and effectiveness, not just an action.

Second, KPI is not only quantity, but quantity plus quality.

Wrong:

  • I will post an ad in a channel with X reach (problem: this is “action” instead of “result”)
  • I will create a group with X subscribers (problem: only quantified, no verification method)

Correctly:

  • I will bring X subscribers to group Y. These people can be verified as follows … (explain how this can be verified).

For verification, you can use, for example, a list of user profiles, completed Google forms and/or questionnaires, access to trusted analytics systems, and/or other verifiable data to make a relevant assessment that these users are real people. You can also suggest your own transparent verification method.

Stage 2. Implementation of the program

Start implementation

Start implementing your Program immediately after the Stage 1 Jury voting has ended and you have achieved the required “Passing score” as described above. You don’t need to expect any other consent or approval.

Timing

It does not matter if you have reached the next implementation step and/or completed the Program earlier or later than the deadline that you yourself defined. Just provide the relevant submission after this has been achieved.

Optional submissions: Step implementation report

Skip this section if the Program consists of only one step, OR if you agree to receive all rewards due after complete implementation of the Program.

Use a title of this submission like “Double Stages Contest: Step implementation report”.

You can cut the Program into ANY number of steps as you need.

Provide the relevant submission after completing the next step of the Program implementation if you need to receive a part of the reward on the way.

It is recommended to use a report form similar to the table below (example).

Step No. Timing Description of work Used KPIs Achieved results Method for checking invited users Claimed reward
1 - - - - - 5%
2 - - - - - 5%
N - - - - - X%

Make sure you provide the correct KPIs, describe the results you have achieved, and suggest a way to validate the invited people.

Reward procedure

The amount of reward for completing a step of the Program will depend on the assessment that the Jury will award to your submission.

If the submission receives an average voting score of 7.5 (including) or more, then you will receive all the rewards that you claimed for the implementation of this step of the Program.

If the submission receives an average voting score of less than 7.5, then the reward will be calculated using the formula:

Payment Amount = Claimed Amount * Average Voting Score / 10

For example, if you requested 10,000 tons for completing a Program step, and the average voting score after the Jury voting for your submission (for this implementation step) was 6.5 points, then you will receive 10,000 * 6.5 / 10 = 6,500 tons.

If more than 50% of the Jury members who actually voted rejected your submission, then you will not receive anything.

Mandatory submission: Complete implementation report

Provide a submission with the title “Double Stages Contest: Complete implementation report” after the completion of the Program to receive the final reward. Specify the following information in the submission:

  • Total timing of the program
  • Total description of work
  • Used KPIs
  • The achieved results of the Program
  • Method for checking invited users

Make sure you provide the correct KPIs, describe the results you have achieved, and suggest a way to validate the invited people.

Reward procedure

The amount of reward for the implementation of the Program will depend on the assessment that the Jury will award your submission.

If the submission receives an average voting score of 7.5 (including) or more, then you will receive all the reward that you claimed in case of successful implementation of the Program.

If the submission receives an average voting score of less than 7.5, then the reward will be calculated using the formula:

Payment Amount = Claimed Amount * Average Voting Score / 10

For example, if you requested 100,000 tons for the implementation of the Program, and the average voting score after the Jury voting for your complete submission was 7.4 points, then you will receive 100,000 * 7.4 / 10 = 74,000 tons.

If more than 50% of the Jury members who actually voted rejected your submission, then you will not receive anything.

Procedural remarks

  • Participants must correctly upload their submission to the contest (in PDF format) in order for the jury to view it. If the submission is not available or does not meet the described criteria, the candidate will be rejected by the jury.

  • Participants must submit their work before the end of the contest. If the submission is submitted late, it will not be accepted.

  • All submissions must contain the contestant’s contact information, including a Telegram username, by which jurors can verify that the submission belongs to the individual who submitted it. If not, your submission will be rejected.

  • If your submission has links to the work performed, the content of those links must have the contestant’s contact details and Telegram username, so jurors can match it and verify who the work belongs to. If not, your submission will be rejected.

  • Contestants must provide valid FreeTON addresses where they will receive their reward in case of winning. Make sure that you keep your seed phrase and private keys from your wallet in a safe place.

Thank you guys from Ambassador Subgovernance team for your hard working. I appreciate your efforts and support FULLY. :raised_hands: :+1: :+1:

Just, I am a bit confused. This contest is very similar to previous contest Country Ambassadors for Free TON Stage 2: Program Implementation [16.10. - 05.11.2020]

The only difference seems to be that you wanted everyone (in addition to the selected ambassadors) to attend. is it right?
Can one person participate in both? I think it is irrational, of course.

You need to send pdf with a submission here.

Each of the contestants must develop their own promotion program. There are no ready-made examples, because your program will be different from other programs.
