why you do discriminate? why you have blocked people of certain countries to trade with the token TON??? i bought some TON in exchange HITBTC and then i transferred to exchange COINEAL and i cannot sell it or exchange it because they said that as per your rules my country is not eligible to trade with TON!! i am from Mexico! what is your problem with Mexican people?? why you blocked my country? now i cannot sell the tokens and i stock with them! i don’t want to have such a scam token! i need you give me an option to sell those tokens!!! or to you contact COINEAL and request them to remove that limitation to sell the tokens!!!

is a scam because yes you allow to buy the token but then you not allow to sell it!!! i will send a report to Cointelegraph to they expose your scam! i will post screenshots and messages in your twitter, facebook, and all crypto forums!!

I NEED TO KNOW WHAT EXACTLY COUNTRIES YOU BANNED FOR TRADING! OR WHICH ONES ARE ALLOWED! this will go to our report to Cointelegraph

no the problem is not coineal exchange… i used that exchange for long time and i never had any complication with them… and is not the exchange who gave the limitations… here is a link of the announcement and Coineal is only following the rules of TON GOVERNANCE and TONKOREA

they are not partners… they are only collaborators which is different and if that is the case Cointelegraph is partner of every token and exchange… but anyway no unfortunately Coineal can do nothing because they are only following the rules applied by TON GOVERNANCE which are in this community… i mean the people who decide… i just want to prevent people who doesnt know about this to they dont buy this scam token because they will lose their funds! as a trader we dont need this ridiculous and discriminating rules! to waste time and money… the only way to solve this is that TON GOVERNANCE allows Coineal to remove the restriction of countries

This is decentralization. Each exchange has its own rules and no one can order them how to trade TON. On the contrary, the rate on Coineal creates demand on other exchanges and causes a movement of liquidity in general.

is not necessary to have a CEO or company… this token same as all have a Governance… people who decide… and they are the ones who request an exchange to list a token… and when they requested to the exchange COINEAL to list the scam token TON… they requested to set a restriction for trading! of course this is not a decision of the exchange because the exchange doenst care if an italian or a russian person buy the token! please read the announcement of TON… they even wrote that they will remove the national policy after the complete decentralization!

you are wrong… once the token is listed in a centralized exchange there is no decentralization! every time that somebody requests a centralized exchange to list a token, they can request any trading rules they want… and here is the proof… the official announcement of TON GOVERNANCE…

now somebody from the DEVs answered me in telegram as i wrote before… there is little community TON KOREA which is separate from the TON COMMUNITY… and they have their own rules! and they imposed trading rules to the exchange Coineal!.. the main problem is that they didnt give any warning and people who doesnt know about this they buy the token TON and later cannot sell it! ridiculous! but this explanation shows to everybody here that… no this is not a 100% decentralized project because there is a separate community which take decitions and affect people on this community and affect holders of the token TON!

I think you got excited about the title, I think it should be renamed to “Coineal does not return my tokens to me”. Unfortunately, if you just joined our project, you might not know that only Koreans can use coineal. Although information about this is publicly available.
Unfortunately coineal is not affiliated with Freeton in any way. They placed the coin themselves. In particular, TON Global does not even have power over Ton Korea. They definitely won’t help you.
You just became a victim of incomplete information and dishonesty of the local exchange. All claims must be written in support of COINEAL.

thank you for this good answer… you also know that there is a real situation and problem with this… and yes as you wrote i was victim of misinformation… but i think not from Coineal but from this project! first… here in the forum and everywhere related to TON should be a warning or notification that there are 2 communities or groups… TON Global and TON korea… and that both have nothing to do with each other… so with this notifications also warn people about the situation with token TON traded in korean exchanges to avoid people lose their tokens and hate this project and think is a scam when maybe it is not.,

you were a bit wrong saying that Coineal placed the coin themselves… of course not! exchanges are not searching what tokens to list… actually is in the other way… if somebody wants their token to be listed then they need contact the specific exchange and apply for listing token… and then the exchange decide to list it or not…

in this case TON Korea requested to Coineal the restriction of nationality! so here the exchange has nothing to do… they are only following rules… and actually this happened only with Coineal i guess because they got the token from TON korea… other exchanges dont have this problem because they got the token from TON GLOBAL…

one last question… are you sure that the trade in Coineal is only available for korean citizens?? Coineal said there are several countries allowed to trade, but they dont want tell me which countries… they want i ask TON korea… i already sent many mails to TON korea but of course they dont answer

No situation with Freeton is different from other projects. FREETON does not have direct control, everything is decentralized here. This means that each participant manages the project on an equal footing, and each person is responsible for their contribution or actions related to freeton. That is, no one here owes anything to anyone. There is only enthusiasm.
In simple language, you yourself had to find all the resources, understand all the risks and make decisions where to send your tokens. It may sound a little cynical, but this is the form of governance here.

Even if we were centralized, like the central bank of America, it would be strange to argue that dollars are a scam because they are stuck on some kind of exchange.

Do they not return your tokens to you? (what i doubt)
Or are you complaining that they won’t let you trade? )
